At Birth Trauma Club™, we want you to feel confident and supported in every purchase you make.
All of our products, programs, and memberships are educational and digital in nature. Once access is granted, materials are considered delivered.
No-Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Because our content includes immediate access to digital materials, group education, or private community features, we do not offer refunds, partial credits, or transfers under any circumstance.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
You have read all program details before enrolling.
You are responsible for your own participation, engagement, and results.
You understand that results vary per individual and that no guarantees are made.
Exceptional Circumstances
We may, at our sole discretion, review refund requests only in cases of duplicate payment or proven technical error (for example, a transaction processed twice).
Such requests must be made within 7 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] with your order confirmation and proof of error.
If a refund is approved, access to all purchased materials and community spaces will be immediately revoked.
Chargebacks
Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute after purchase is a direct violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to provide this policy and proof of your agreement to the payment processor to challenge and reverse any dispute.
Access After Purchase
Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to our proprietary materials and community spaces. That access remains active for the duration of the program or as otherwise stated on the sales page.
